Customers must use candles, dhoop, agarbatti, diya candles and other products responsibly and according to their intended use and any instructions supplied with them.
For candles and other products involving an open flame or heat:
– Never leave a burning candle or flame unattended.
– Keep burning products away from curtains, paper, bedding and other flammable materials.
– Keep products away from children and pets.
– Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
– Keep burning candles away from draughts and combustible decorations.
– Do not move a candle while it is burning or while the wax is hot.
– Extinguish the flame safely before leaving the area or going to sleep.
– Follow any additional safety instructions provided with the product.
Use incense and dhoop in a well-ventilated area and keep them away from combustible materials.
Customers are responsible for following the product-specific safety instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
